About Us: Our Story
The SAI SARADA SERVICE FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization. We were founded with a deep commitment to compassion, service, and community upliftment.
Our work focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of animals, children, and underprivileged communities across Telangana and beyond.
Smt. SARADA Avuthu, a visionary, established our foundation. It draws inspiration from the principles of selfless service (Seva) and the teachings of Sai Baba.
Our goal is to create a more equitable and humane society.
Smt. SARADA Avuthu is a passionate philanthropist and animal lover. She began this journey with a profound goal: to protect and nurture the vulnerable.
She personally witnessed the struggles of stray animals, orphaned children, and rural families lacking basic amenities. These experiences fueled the creation of the Foundation.
Under her leadership, we have grown from humble beginnings into a beacon of hope.
We continue to touch countless lives through our ongoing initiatives.

Our Key Initiatives and Achievements
We are proud of our hands-on approach to service.
We have several ongoing and planned projects that reflect our core objectives:
- Animal Welfare and Goshala Expansion
Our foundation is deeply committed to the protection and care of cows and other animals.
We currently operate a Goshala in Duggipalli, Nalgonda District, Telangana. Here, we shelter and care for over 100 cows, providing them with nutritious feed and medical attention.
We plan to expand this into a much larger Goshala.
The expanded facility will be capable of housing up to 1,000 cows. This ensures their well-being and promotes sustainable dairy practices that benefit local communities.
- Free Animal Hospital
To meet the healthcare needs of animals, we aspire to establish a fully equipped free animal hospital. This initiative will offer comprehensive veterinary services.
This includes surgeries, vaccinations, and rehabilitation for injured or sick animals. It will reduce suffering and promote animal health in both urban and rural areas.
- Food Donations for Street Dogs
Our compassion extends to all creatures. We actively provide daily food donations to over 100 street dogs in our service areas. This program alleviates hunger.
It also supports humane stray population control through sterilization drives. We aim to scale this effort to reach more animals in need.
- Free Education for Needy Children
Education is the cornerstone of empowerment. We provide free educational support to poor and needy children. This support includes tuition, school supplies, and mentoring programs.
By removing financial barriers, we help these young minds achieve their potential and break the cycle of poverty.
- Housing for the Homeless and Poor
In rural areas, we address homelessness and inadequate shelter. We construct and provide free houses to homeless and impoverished families. These homes are built with durable materials.
They ensure safety and comfort while fostering a sense of security and community.
- Rural Development and Basic Amenities
We focus on uplifting rural communities by developing essential infrastructure. This includes providing access to clean water through borewells and purification systems. It also includes reliable power via solar initiatives.
Our projects cover all minimum needs that enhance the quality of life. We aim to bridge the urban-rural divide and promote self-sufficiency.
Our Impact So Far
Since our inception, SAI SARADA SERVICE FOUNDATION has achieved the following:
Cared for over 100 cows in our existing Goshala.
Fed thousands of street dogs through daily donations.
Supported education for numerous children from low-income families.
Initiated housing projects that have provided shelter to several families.
Improved basic amenities in select rural villages, benefiting hundreds of residents.
